It is your duty to constantly monitor your Tax Software office for these returns. You will loose the client if the return is not submitted in a timely manner. MTP has received many many messages from Tax Pros that have completed a tax return and did NOT check the box MARK FOR REVIEW so the return has not been sent to the IRS and the client has not received the Refund Advance. The Review Dept can only see a Tax Return after it has be SUBMITTED FOR REVIEW. A tax return that is completed and not submitted for review is a lost client and MISSED MONEY because it never goes to the IRS for processing!
